Beginning in September, Housing New Mexico will publish environmental review legal notices on its website in compliance with updated U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development regulations.
The move from newspaper-only publication to online posting expands public access and ensures transparency in federally funded housing and community development projects. The public comment period will depend on the specific project and will be included in the legal notice.
