Applications for the 2025 Tax-Exempt Bond (TEB) Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) funding round are due by 12 p.m. ET Thursday, October 23, 2025.   
 
Some reminders for application submission: 

  • Applicants are strongly encouraged not to wait until the last few minutes to upload documents or to submit their application. Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) systems experience a high volume of activity as the application submission due date and time nears, which may cause for slower submission times. 
      
  • Applicants should ensure that project applications are named with the actual property name that will be on the project sign at placed-in service; do not use just the location or development team as the application name.  
      

Any application-related questions and/or pre-application waivers must be submitted by 12 p.m. ET Thursday, October 16, 2025. After this deadline, KHC will only answer technical questions related to the Universal Funding Application (UFA) system.
