The 4% LIHTC applications will be accepted on a rolling basis. The 9% LIHTC & HUD Resources deadlines are as follows:
· January 16, 2026: Preliminary Applications Due
· February 27, 2026: Invitation to Submit Full LIHTC Applications
· May 15, 2026: Full Applications Due
· July 31, 2026: Award Announcements
