Questions submitted by 4:00 p.m. Central Time on Wednesday, November 5 will be included in the final FAQ document, which will be posted to the Community Stabilization: Distressed Multifamily Rental Building Program webpage on or around Wednesday, November 5.
Minnesota Housing’s staff architect has created a training video (Additional Resources tab) on how to complete the Community Stabilization: Distressed Multifamily Rental Building Program Physical Needs Assessment Form and 20 Year Capital Expenditure Form. These forms are number 11 and 12 on the Community Stabilization: Distressed Multifamily Rental Building Program RFP Application Checklist.
Minnesota Housing is still accepting applications for the program until Wednesday, November 19, 2025, noon Central Time. Applicants must submit all required Application Checklist items using Minnesota Housing’s Multifamily Secure Upload Tool. Review the Secure Upload Tool Instructions for more information.
