  NH&RA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors which is elected annually by its membership at the organization’s annual meeting. The Executive Committee is comprised of the organization’s officers and is elected annually by the Board of Directors. New Hampshire 2026-2030 Consolidated Plan and Action Plan Listening Sessions

The New Hampshire Housing and Community Development Planning Council is beginning the process of developing the 2026-2030 Consolidated Plan which includes the 2026 Action Plan for the State of New Hampshire. The Consolidated Plan and Action Plan will establish the priorities for use of HOME Investment Partnerships Program, National Housing Trust Fund, Community Development Block Grant, and Emergency Solutions Grant funds received from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development and describes the method of distribution of these funds in 2026-2030.

The Council and the three agencies administering the funds, (New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority, New Hampshire Community Development Finance Authority, and the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Bureau of Homeless Services) are holding public meetings for the 2026-2030 Consolidated Plan and 2026 Action Plan.

The fourth listening session is being held at the Lakes Region Community Developers office located at 193 Court Street, Laconia on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 2 p.m.
