  NH&RA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors which is elected annually by its membership at the organization’s annual meeting. The Executive Committee is comprised of the organization’s officers and is elected annually by the Board of Directors. Professional staff provide for the day-to-day operations of the association and report to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.

Connecticut Housing Finance Agency: 4th Quarter 2025 HTCC Reporting Due January 15

Quarterly progress reports for the fourth quarter of 2025 are due on January 15, 2026.

PLEASE USE THE MOST RECENT VERSION OF THE QUARTERLY PROGRESS REPORT FORM REVISED IN NOVEMBER 2025 THAT IS LOCATED HERE.

FOR 2025 HTCC AWARDS, THE FIRST QUARTERLY REPORT IS DUE APRIL 15, 2026 FOR THE FIRST QUARTER OF THE YEAR.

All quarterly report documentation must be uploaded via ShareFile. The link to the ShareFile upload web page can be found here. Timely, ongoing reporting is required.

Failure to submit timely quarterly report information will impact future eligibility and/or scoring in future HTCC application rounds.

Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta Multifamily Housing Development Fund Applications Due June 30
