Minnesota Housing is now accepting pre-applications for the 2026 4% HTC Only Round for projects expected to be financed with tax-exempt volume limited bonding authority from Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB). The pre-application must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the submission of the full application.

For projects that receive an award of tax-exempt volume limited bonds from MMB in 2026, a full and complete 42M application must be submitted to Minnesota Housing at least 60 prior to bond issuance. Full applications will be accepted beginning Tuesday, January 13, 2026.
