  NH&RA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors which is elected annually by its membership at the organization’s annual meeting. The Executive Committee is comprised of the organization’s officers and is elected annually by the Board of Directors. Professional staff provide for the day-to-day operations of the association and report to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.

Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) 2026 Housing Development Gap Financing (HDGF) Proposal Application Materials Now Available

All 2026 HDGF Proposal Application materials, including the 2026 HDGF Affordable Housing Funding Application, have been posted on OHFA’s website.

Entities with Experience and Capacity approval must submit their proposal application to OHFA’s File Transfer Site by 5:00 p.m. on February 5, 2026.
