Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) will hold a virtual public hearing from 2–3 p.m. ET February 10, 2026, regarding the proposed 2027–2029 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Qualified Allocation Plan. The public hearing will also be livestreamed on KHC’s YouTube channel.
At the hearing, all persons will be afforded a reasonable opportunity to express their views regarding the proposed 2027-2029 LIHTC QAP. Comments will be addressed and considered for incorporation into the final QAP. As an alternative or in addition to the public hearing, written comments may be submitted by email to [email protected] or mailed to Terry Helton, managing director of Multifamily Programs, Kentucky Housing Corporation, 1231 Louisville Road, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. All comments must be received by 5 p.m. ET, Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
The draft of the 2027–2029 QAP is available for review and comment on KHC’s website.
