The Executive Committee is comprised of the organization’s officers and is elected annually by the Board of Directors. Ohio HFA Published First Draft SFY 2027 LIHTC Guidelines for Public Comment & Virtual Forum Information

The first draft of the SFY 2027 Ohio LIHTC guidelines can be found on the Ohio Housing Finance Agency’s (OHFA) website here. OHFA will accept comments on the draft through Tuesday, February 17, 2026. Comments may be submitted in writing to [email protected].

The OHFA has created an interactive map that helps visualize the geographic scoring distributions for the SFY 2026 guidelines.

The OHFA is hosting a forum to discuss the first draft of the SFY 2027 Ohio LIHTC guidelines. During this forum, OHFA will discuss the updates and changes to the guidelines. Individuals may attend online via Microsoft Teams on Monday, January 26, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). Click here to register.

Participants will be given the opportunity to express their views regarding the draft guidelines. If you are unable to attend the meeting, comments may also be submitted in writing to [email protected].
