Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) announced for the 2026 competitive Multifamily round for Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs) and other program resources.
KHC received 31 applications requesting more than $35 million in Housing Credits and was able to fund 15 projects with: $15,930,560 from 2026 LIHTCs, $1,800,000 from HOME, $500,000 from AHTF, and $4,500,000 from RHTF.
This funding round supports the creation or preservation of 698 units of affordable rental housing in 12 counties and all six Congressional Districts in Kentucky.
