North Dakota Housing Finance Agency is partnering with Costello Compliance to provide a two-and-a-half day multifamily housing compliance training on April 14-16, 2026, at the Bismarck Event Center.
This training will take an in-depth look at multi-subsidy compliance including LIHTC, HIF, HOME, HTF and Section 8. The course includes a look at HOTMA, income verification, effective tenant interviewing, VAWA, and file maintenance as it relates to NDHFA-administered programs.
Register online by March 9, 2026 to receive the early bird rate of $200. After March 9, the fee will increase to $250. Registration closes at 6:00 p.m. on March 23, 2026 to allow NDHFA’s staff time to prepare for the event and for training manuals to be processed and shipped. The registration fee includes training, manual, lunch on April 15 and refreshments.
