The Executive Committee is comprised of the organization’s officers and is elected annually by the Board of Directors. Kentucky Housing Corporation Announces 2026 Annual Action Plan for Kentucky’s Block Grant Housing Programs Public Hearing and Public Comment Period

A public hearing will be held at 10 a.m. ET Tuesday, March 24, 2026, to obtain public input for the 2026 Annual Action Plan for Kentucky’s Block Grant Housing Programs. Following the hearing, the 2026 Annual Action Plan will be available for public comment March 30, 2026, through May 8, 2026.

The Annual Action Plan is Kentucky’s application and distribution plan for HUD Office of Community Planning and Development Block Grant Programs. Kentucky is in the process of drafting the 2026 Annual Action Plan, and a public hearing is being held for the purpose of obtaining public input. Both written and oral comments will be accepted and where applicable, will be incorporated into the document. Following the hearing, the 2026 Annual Action Plan will be available for public comment March 30, 2026, through May 8, 2026.

The public hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. ET Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at the Kentucky Housing Corporation West Annex Board Room at 1231 Louisville Road, Frankfort, KY 40601. KHC’s campus is accessible. The hearing will also be available virtually via Microsoft Teams. After the hearing, a recording will be available on KHC’s YouTube channel.
