New Hampshire Housing is hosting a two-part information session on May 13, 2026 from 9:30am–12:00pm focused on the recently approved Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) and the 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) application round. This session is designed for prospective applicants seeking funding through NH Housing, as well as for those who are interested in gaining a deeper understanding of the program requirements, policies, and the application process. A detailed agenda will be shared prior to the session. The information session will be held at NH Housing, 32 Constitution Drive, Bedford, NH (enter at the East Entrance). A virtual attendance option is offered as well. 

Part 1: 2027-2028 Qualified Allocation Plan. NH Housing staff will provide a comprehensive overview of the current QAP (effective March 16, 2026), including threshold criteria, scoring methodology, and key policies.  

Part 2: 2027 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Application Round. This segment will walk through the 9% LIHTC application process, highlighting important deadlines, submission requirements, and best practices to help applicants prepare competitive proposals.
