Kentucky Housing Corporation: Applicants intending to submit a pre-application in the upcoming 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) funding round are advised to retain a copy of the confirmation email received once the application has been submitted. That email notification will contain the application number (MFHC27-XXX), which is how KHC will identify the application when we publish the final pre-application ranking results. We will not publish any other identifying information such as project name, location, or development entity.
Submission of the pre-application is a required prerequisite to submission of a full funding application. No funding application will be accepted that did not first complete the pre-application process.
As a reminder, all pre-applications are due by noon ET Thursday, May 14, 2026. KHC intends to release the rankings by Friday, June 12, 2026.
