KHC’s Multifamily Compliance department is requesting that all Admin Users of TDCS review each property’s user list and remove users who are no longer associated with projects but have access to the system. Once a user is no longer associated with the project/company, the user should be removed to maintain the security of information contained within the system. KHC accepts no responsibility for unauthorized people accessing a project without an owner’s permission. 

Additionally, all Admin Users are responsible for granting access to their staff.  Once an employee registers for access to TDCS, the request must be approved by the Admin User. Employees will not have access to TDCS until they are approved. KHC will not be responsible for approving TDCS requests, other than the Admin User.
