The Tennessee Housing Development Agency extended the previous deadline for MTBA Round 2 application submission from June 18, 2026 to June 30, 2026. The extension is intended to provide additional time to potential applicants to complete Round 2 applications, while still allowing adequate time to accommodate and review a third round of MTBA applications as outlined in the 2026 MTBA Program Description Section 5.A.2., assuming the availability of sufficient volume cap and providing enough time for Round 3 applicants to receive allocations and close. Information included in the May 20, 2026 availability memo remains otherwise in effect.
