The Massachusetts Department of Housing And Community Development (DHCD) will hold a hearing on May 23 from 11 am to noon EDT at its headquarters (100 Cambridge Street Conference Room D, 2nd Floor Boston, MA 02114) on the draft FY 2019 one-year action plan governing the Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships Program, Emergency Solutions Grant, Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS and the National Housing Trust Fund. Comments to the draft action plan are due in writing by June 7.
