The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is requesting public comment on its proposed 2011 HOPE VI notice of funding availability (NOFA) and information collection. The information collection conducted in the applications enables HUD to conduct a comprehensive, merit-based selection process in order to identify and select the applications to receive funding.
