The 2020 Texas Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) was approved by Texas Governor Greg Abbott on Tuesday, November 26, 2019, with modifications found in 10 TAC Section 11.9(c)(6). As of this notice on Wednesday, November 27, 2019, the 2020 QAP has not been published in the Texas Register. The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs’ (TDHCA) staff anticipates it will be submitted to the Texas Register on Wednesday, December 4, 2019, and will become effective 20 days after submission.
