TCAC to Consider the Creation of a Four Percent/State LIHTC Waitlist at January 15 Meeting

The California Tax Credit Allocation Committee will hold a meeting on January 15 at 11:15 am PT. On the agenda is consideration of a resolution to establish a Waiting List of pending applications for federal four percent and State LIHTCs. A preliminary waiting list is available here.
