The Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund) posted an updated calendar year (CY) 2022 New Markets Tax Credit Program (NMTC Program) Allocation Application Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) document. The updates include additional guidance on how applicants should discuss the benefits to Low-Income Persons and residents of Low-Income Communities that will result from the proposed NMTC investments. Additional questions should be sent to nmtc@cdfi.treas.gov by 5 p.m. ET on January 24.
