The Louisiana Housing Corporation (LHC) is pleased to announce that the application portal for the upcoming funding round opened on May 9, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. CDT. At that time, applicants will be able to begin uploading their application documents to prepare for final submission. 

Please note: 

  • Document Upload Period: May 9, 2025 – May 19, 2025 
  • Final Application Submission Window: May 20, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. CDT – May 30, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. CDT 

While you may upload documents beginning May 9th, the submit button will remain inactive until May 20, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. At that time, you will be able to submit your application(s) officially. 

The timing of submissions will be determined based on when final applications are received, beginning May 20th at 12:00 a.m. CDT through May 30th at 4:00 p.m. CDT. 

To ensure a smooth submission process, we strongly encourage early uploads and careful review of all materials prior to final submission to avoid delays. 

Additionally, the updated 2025 QAP Application Model v1.1 and Cost Containment Template are now available. The updated Application Model reflects recently released 2025 Income limits and aligns with the 2025 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP).
