The Executive Committee is comprised of the organization’s officers and is elected annually by the Board of Directors. Kansas: Notice of Housing Needs Hearing for the Draft 2026 Annual Action Plan

The proposed 2026 Action Plan will be available for public comment from October 1 to 31, 2025, on the Kansas Housing Resources Corporation website. Limited hard copies will be available at the public hearing site and upon request. Please direct written comments to the attention of the Consolidated Plan, at the address listed below.

Estimated resources available annually in the 2026 Annual Action Plan include approximately $14,901,309 from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), $6,030,622.47 from the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), $3,134,373.20 from the Housing Trust Fund, $1,653,121 from the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and $806,986 from the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) programs.
