  NH&RA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors which is elected annually by its membership at the organization’s annual meeting. The Executive Committee is comprised of the organization’s officers and is elected annually by the Board of Directors. OHFA Public Notice: Comment Period Opens for LIHTC Rule Update

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) proposed revisions to Ohio Administrative Code 175-8-01 (Allocation of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits) pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 175.16.

The purpose of the revision is to incorporate the guidelines used by the Agency for the Ohio Low-Income Housing Tax Credit. The draft rule can be viewed here. The 30-day public comment period on the draft rule begins Thursday, September 25, 2025, and ends Friday, October 24, 2025.
