  NH&RA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors which is elected annually by its membership at the organization’s annual meeting. The Executive Committee is comprised of the organization’s officers and is elected annually by the Board of Directors. Professional staff provide for the day-to-day operations of the association and report to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.

New Jersey LIHTC Owner and Managing Agent Compliance Portal Training

New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency will be offering a Low- Income Housing Tax Credit Compliance Portal training for their live Mitas Web System.

The Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Compliance Portals are web- based and will facilitate NJHMFA’s compliance monitoring of its LIHTC properties.

Included within the MITAS system, this enterprise software manages and tracks information related to Projects, Loans, Properties, Accounting, and ongoing Tax Credit Compliance monitoring.

There is a portal specifically for Owners and a separate portal for Property Managers/Managing Agents.
