MSHDA expects approximately $19.8 million in credit being available for applications that were submitted as part of the October 1, 2025 funding round. The approximate amount of credit available for each of the funding categories comprising the $19.8 million available is as follows:
- Preservation Category $ 3,448,138
- PSH Category $ 3,620,544
- Open Category – Urban $ 4,827,393
- Open Category – Rural $ 2,758,510
- Strategic Investment Category $ 5,172,207
- Total Credit Available $ 19,826,792
Applicants are strongly encouraged to review the attached information and determine the likelihood of their project being in a position to receive a LIHTC award.
