Minnesota Housing Preservation Framework Survey for Property Owners/Managers  

Minnesota Housing is developing a Preservation Framework to stabilize and sustain Regulated Affordable Rental Housing across the state.  

Minnesota Housing invites owners and managers of Regulated Affordable Rental Housing to participate in the Preservation Framework: Property Owner/Manager Survey. Input will help identify challenges, highlight what’s working, and shape new strategies and tools to support both housing providers and the residents who call these properties home. Please submit the survey no later than October 23, 2025.
