  NH&RA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors which is elected annually by its membership at the organization’s annual meeting. The Executive Committee is comprised of the organization’s officers and is elected annually by the Board of Directors. Missouri Housing Public Hearing for Proposed Changes to Qualified Allocation Plan

The Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) is currently soliciting feedback from interested parties regarding proposed changes to MHDC’s Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). MHDC will host a webinar to detail the proposed revisions to the QAP on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. CST. Registration for the webinar is required to participate.

Written comments may be submitted directly to MHDC by email to [email protected]. Comments should be provided within the body of the email and not as an attached document. Comments will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. CST on Friday, November 14, 2025.

The Final 2027 QAP will be presented to MHDC’s Board of Commissioners at an upcoming Board meeting.
