  NH&RA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors which is elected annually by its membership at the organization’s annual meeting. The Executive Committee is comprised of the organization’s officers and is elected annually by the Board of Directors. Professional staff provide for the day-to-day operations of the association and report to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.

Iowa Finance Authority Awards More Than $6.5 Million to Support Development of Rental Homes and Critical Services for Iowans at Risk of or Experiencing Homelessness

The IFA Board of Directors approved more than $6.5 million in grants to support the development of a total of 34 rental homes and supportive services for individuals experiencing, or at risk of homelessness in Davenport, Dubuque, Grinnell and Ottumwa. The funding is made available through the Federal HOME-American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) and National Housing Trust Fund programs.
