In conjunction with the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA), the Department of Housing (DOH) has published a revision of the State Housing Manual.
The Housing Manual is a guidebook that provides SSHP sponsors, owners, and agents with the policies and procedures governing the management of State Financed Housing, specifically for projects under the SSHP. This manual supplements, but does not supersede, the owner’s rights and responsibilities under the Statutes, Regulations, and Assistance Agreement between the owner and DOH/CHFA.
Questions about the Housing Manual can be directed to staff in the Office of Policy, Research and Housing Support at DOH or the SSHP Portfolio Asset Management division at CHFA.
