  NH&RA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors which is elected annually by its membership at the organization’s annual meeting. The Executive Committee is comprised of the organization’s officers and is elected annually by the Board of Directors. Professional staff provide for the day-to-day operations of the association and report to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.

Ohio HFA Publishes Updated 2026 Design and Architectural Standards (DAS) FAQs

Based on comments or requests received regarding the current Design and Architectural Standards (DAS), OHFA has published updated 2026 Design and Architectural Standards FAQs.

These answers clarify and modify the DAS during calendar year 2026. Any questions that remain relevant from 2025 are incorporated and updated into this new set of FAQs. The FAQs are also posted on OHFA’s Development page.
