The Executive Committee is comprised of the organization’s officers and is elected annually by the Board of Directors. Ohio Housing Finance Agency: NSPIRE Specialist Seminar and Certification Exam

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency is sponsoring a NSPIRE Specialist Seminar with an optional NSPIRE-ACE Certification exam. This is a one day in-person training conducted by US Housing Consultants in Columbus (Westerville), Ohio on March 19, 2026.

In this 6-hour course, US Housing Consultants will explain standards and deficiencies, show detailed examples, and describe the step-by-step requirements for each component required to be inspected under NSPIRE. All attendees will receive a hard-copy, coil-bound reference manual.
