The final Preservation Framework for the Targeted Stabilization of Regulated Affordable Housing was delivered to the Minnesota Legislature on February 13, 2026, and is now available on the Preservation Framework webpage of Minnesota Housing’s website.
The Preservation Framework examines existing preservation tools and strategies, as well as opportunities to strengthen programs, policies, and processes to better support the targeted stabilization of regulated affordable rental housing.
