  NH&RA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors which is elected annually by its membership at the organization’s annual meeting. The Executive Committee is comprised of the organization’s officers and is elected annually by the Board of Directors. Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection Releases Multifamily Revolving Loan Program RFI

The Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection Office of Affordable Housing Energy Retrofits released a request for information (RFI) seeking public input on the design and implementation of the state’s new Multifamily Revolving Loan Program, a financing initiative supporting energy efficiency, electrification, and resiliency upgrades in existing affordable multifamily properties.
