Ohio State Fiscal Year 2027 4% LIHTC Affordable Housing Funding Application Available 

The State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2027 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) with Ohio LIHTC Affordable Housing Funding Application (AHFA) is now available. Updates have been made to the Ohio LIHTC AHFA for SFY 2027.  

Applicants in the 4% LIHTC with Ohio LIHTC must use the most recently posted AHFA. OHFA will not accept AHFAs from other program rounds, such as the 9% LIHTC or 4% LIHTC Only open round. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) are posted and being updated weekly. 

The Proposal Application deadline for the SFY 2027 4% LIHTC with Ohio LIHTC is Monday, June 8, 2026 at 5 p.m. ET.
