Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) updated The State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2027 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) with Ohio LIHTC Affordable Housing Funding Application (AHFA) is updated and available on Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA)’s LIHTC website.
Updates were made to the Ohio LIHTC AHFA since it was first posted. Changes are noted on the bottom of the first page. Please ensure you have downloaded the most recent AHFA. Applicants in the 4% LIHTC with Ohio LIHTC round must use the most recently posted AHFAs. OHFA will not accept AHFAs from other program rounds, such as the 9% LIHTC or 4% LIHTC Only open round. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for both Ohio LIHTC and the 4% LIHTC QAP are posted.
