The purpose of this hearing is to obtain public comment on the proposed 2027-28 CSBG State Plan application for Oregon. People interested in commenting on the draft are invited to attend the public hearing. If no one has shown up to make public comment by noon, the public hearing will close. Oregon Housing and Community Services will accept written comments until 5 p.m. on Monday, July 29, 2026.
