The California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (CTCAC) has opened an application for Restore Rebuild Projects seeking an allocation of low-income housing tax credits.
To apply, complete the application at this link and submit it via email to [email protected] no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. CTCAC will provide confirmation of a pending application to those projects by Friday, July 31, 2026.
The deadline to submit 2026 Multifamily Consolidated RFP/2027 HTC Round 1 applications to Minnesota Housing is Thursday, July 9 at noon Central time.
