  NH&RA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors which is elected annually by its membership at the organization’s annual meeting. The Executive Committee is comprised of the organization’s officers and is elected annually by the Board of Directors. Professional staff provide for the day-to-day operations of the association and report to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.

The Minnesota Housing 2026–2028 Amended Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) Methodology Guide has been updated and redlined to reflect the latest available data. These changes are highlighted in red for easy identification, ensuring clarity and transparency.
