Rural Housing Serve Reform Act Introduced in the House
Representatives Emanuel Cleaver (D-MO) and Blaine Luetkemeyer (R-MO) introduced the bipartisan Rural Housing Service Reform Act (H.R. 6785). The measure would ensure that USDA Section 515 properties with maturing mortgages remain affordable by making it easier for nonprofits to acquire the properties and retain their rental assistance.
