The Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA) released the notice of funding availability (NOFA) for $3 million in Community Development Block Grant Cares Act (CDBG-CV) grants and $2.0 million in HOME Program funds for multifamily rental housing development projects in Idaho that will target low- and very-low-area median income (AMI) households. The California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (TCAC) updated its Form B to include instructions. Placed in Service (PIS) packages submitted on March 1, 2021 and later must use the updated Form B. For PIS packages submitted before or on Feb. 28, 2021, you can use the existing Form B. However, if a critical update is required on the Form B TCAC may require a new Form B be filled out using the updated Form B.
