Oregon Housing and Community Services’ new Multifamily Energy Program (formerly known as the Low Income Weatherization Program) delivers cash incentives as well as design support to all income-eligible projects, both NOFA and non-NOFA. Furthermore, the program now offers scaled incentives based on three participation pathways.

The total amount of assistance available for all pilot projects is between $1,000,000 – $4,500,000.

Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) is soliciting feedback on current scoring criteria and incentives for the development of the 2019-2020 Qualified Allocation Plan and Multifamily Guidelines.

The plan creates incentives for municipalities to produce housing units as well as proposes local zoning law changes to free up municipalities in allowing for the development.

DHCD has begun to lay the groundwork for the issuance of PABs prior to year-end in an amount sufficient to continue to provide PABs and 4% LIHTC financing for rental housing developments during 2018 and possibly beyond.
