The Arizona Department of Housing revised its 2021 – 2022 State Housing Fund Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) to include additional funding, provide clarification and expands eligibility to projects with 2020 nine percent LIHTC reservations experiencing cost overruns, as well as nine percent LIHTC applicants in rural areas.

The Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) named Rayla Maurin as its Private Activity Bond (PAB) manager. In this role, Maurin will work with stakeholders across Colorado to develop an annual strategy for PAB deployment.
