Alabama Multifamily Essentials Training

Build your HOME and Housing Credit program expertise at a free Multifamily Housing Essentials training sponsored by the Alabama Housing Finance Authority (AHFA).

This training event is specifically designed for those interested in developing low-income rental housing in Alabama, but have not previously applied for AHFA funding.

Due to limited seating, reservations will be restricted to a limited number of participants, based on a first-come, first served process.  Registration will close when maximum capacity is met.

Discussion topics will focus on a basic overview of the Low Income Housing Credit and HOME Programs.
