Registration Substitution Policy
There is no fee for making a registration substitution. Registration substitutions may be made by contacting Irta John at [email protected].
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Attendees must register for the NCHMA Annual Meeting within fourteen (14) days of making a hotel reservation or the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
