Registration and Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations must be sent to [email protected]. NH&RA’s registration cancellation policy is as follows:

Cutoff Date Fee Assessed
Before 01/09/2023 No cancellation fee before 01/09/2023
Between 01/09/2023 and 02/09/2023 $150 fee for cancellations between 01/09/2023 and 02/09/2023
After 02/09/2023 No refunds from 2/09/2023 onward

Registration Substitution Policy

No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting us at (202) 939-1750 or [email protected].

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Each guest will pay for their room in full upon making a reservation. Should the guest cancel within 14 days or fewer of their first arrival day the paid deposit for all reserved nights will be forfeited. Furthermore, if the guest arrives late or departs early, that room night deposit will also be forfeited.
