Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations must be received in writing by fax to (202) 265-4435 or email to info@housingonline.com. NH&RA’s cancellation policy is as follows:

Cutoff Date Fee Assessed
8/22/2016 No cancellation fee before this date
9/26/2016 $150 cancellation fee for cancellations before this date (after 8/22)
11/2/2016 No refunds permitted

Registration Substitution Policy

No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting Irta John at (202) 939-1774 or ijohn@housingonline.com.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Individuals must register for the conference within two weeks of reserving a room in the NH&RA hotel block at The Langham, Boston.
