Keynote Address: Designing for Equity and Inclusion

Gregory Minott is the managing principal of DREAM Collaborative, which he founded in 2008 as one of the few Black-owned architecture firms in the Boston area. Grounded in his unique experience, Mr. Minott will discuss how affordable housing gets built, who builds it and who operates it. More specifically, he will address the use of Passive House design and open space to improve resident health and welfare and design to maximize equity, diversity and inclusion in communities.
