Tia Boatman Patterson is the Senior Advisor on Housing in the Office of Governor Gavin Newsom. She also serves as Executive Director of the California Housing Finance Agency, a position she has held since 2014. Boatman Patterson has played a key role advising the administration as it has identified and rolled out its affordable housing priorities.
